Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling or Cancelling: Changes made 24 hours or more in advance are free of charge. Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $20 late change/cancellation fee. No-Shows: If our cleaners arrive and are unable to access your home, a $20 fee will be charged. Deposits & Payments: Deposits (if applicable) are applied to your final balance. Any cancellation fees will be billed to the card on file.
